Multiple Fires Break Out in Male

Chaos erupted in Malé in the early hours of Friday, March 20, when fires broke out in multiple locations across the Maldives’ capital. Security forces were responding to the fire incidents in at least three locations, according to reports. The largest blaze was in a warehouse at Maafannu Orchid Villa, which is pictured in this footage. The fire was brought under control, according to an information officer of MNDF.
