Super Strypi Rocket Fails on Launch

A US Air Forces satellite launch mission has failed after the Super Strypi rocket launcher broke up shortly after lift-off on November 3. The ORS-4 Super Strypi mission was the first test of the new Super Strypi launcher, which was meant to carry 13 satellites into orbit. The launch from the Pacific Missile Range Facility in Kauai, Hawaii, had originally been slated for October 23 but was delayed because of technical issues.
