A WARRINGTON property company that started from a kitchen table is ‘giving back’ through a £25,000 charity campaign to celebrate 25 years in business.

X-Press Legal Services, which has its head office in Olympic Park, commemorates reaching the milestone during a recent conference held at Peckforton Castle.

The company provides a wraparound service including residential and commercial searches, pre and post competition service and cyber security.

“We are delighted to be celebrating 25 years of X-Press Legal Services this year,” said Lynne Lister, managing director.

“The business has expanded from one office in Warrington to an industry leading 28-terroroty strong franchise over the past 25 years.

“We are incredibly proud of our franchisee’s collective achievements and equally delighted that all our territories are now sold and in the capable hands of a fantastic network of franchisees.

“It’s because of our franchisees, that our competitors are yet to match the level of the localised expertise we provide, something we are very proud of.”

X-Press Legal Services was started by the Lister family at their kitchen table and focusses on becoming trusted property partners for independent owners.

“In celebration of our 25 years, we are giving back to our local communities through a £25,000 charity campaign, where we are supporting our franchisees with donations to their chosen local charity,” said Lynne.

“As we reflect on an extraordinary 25 years, we’re also brimming with innovative ideas for the next quarter century.
