A number of Oxfordshire waste collection services have been delayed due to unforeseen reasons - with planned collections for Thursday morning.

Oxford Direct Services (ODS) has confirmed that some garden waste bins have been uncollected - particularly in the ward of Northfield Brook in east Oxford, next to the Blackbird Leys ward.

"If your bin was not collected, please leave it out – our crews will collect it tomorrow morning (Thursday, June 27).

"We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding."
