The moment a reckless driver undertakes and brake tests another motorist on the M32 has been released by police. The shocking video shows the moment the BMW swerves across lanes, cuts in front of another motorist and hits the brakes.

The driver dangerously followed another motorists in the outside lane of the motorway near Bristol before swerving to undertake and cut them up. The BMW driver was reported to police after the manoeuvre and then brake testing the same vehicle.

They pleaded guilty at court and were hit with a number of fines as well as a three month disqualification.

BristolLive reported earlier this week that Avon and Somerset Roads Policing Team said: "M32 #Bristol - #JourneyCam report for Without Due Care (WDC) Undertaking & brake testing forcing the informant to stop in the live outside lane.

"Driver pleaded guilty at court recently resulting in: Disqualified for 3 months, £807 Fine, £110 Costs, £323 VS, a total of £1240".
