Apple TV+ has a busy month ahead in February, releasing content both on the streamer and in cinemas for viewers to enjoy.
Matthew Vaughn's star-studded spy thriller is landing a theatrical release at the start of the month, while on the streaming platform Apple TV+ is releasing dramas, sports documentaries, and more. Not one to be limited in its scope, the streamer is launching shows in a wide variety of genres from sci-fi to period drama, animation to informational docu-series.
With something available for everyone, there will be a lot to enjoy on the streamer in February. Here is everything you need to know.
The New Look | 14 February
Starring Ben Mendelsohn, Juliette Binoche, Glenn Close, John Malkovich, and Maisie Williams, The New Look explores the lives of some of of fashion's biggest names: Christian Dior, Coco Chanel, Pierre Balmain and Cristóbal Balenciaga. The icons of the industry worked tirelessly to navigate their careers during the Second World War, and this period of their lives is being explored in the new series.
Streaming in February 2024
Argylle | 2 February (in cinemas)
In this action-packed spy thriller, Bryce Dallas Howard plays Elly Conway a bestselling espionage author who becomes the target of real-life spies because her novels help to predict the future. Helping her keep away from the bad guys is Aidan (Sam Rockwell) a self-professed good spy who reminds the writer of her character Argylle (Henry Cavill).
The film is premiering in cinemas this month, but after its theatrical run it will become available to stream on Apple TV+.
Constellation | 21 February
Apple TV+ has a good history of sci-fi shows like Foundation and Silo, and the streamer hopes to keep the good fortune going with its latest: Constellation. Starring Noomi Rapace as astronaut Jo, the psychological thriller follows her character after she returns to Earth following a disastrous mission, only to realise that pieces of her memory seem to be missing.
