Sky and NOW subscribers rejoice because both platforms will be launching exciting new content over the course of February.

Highlights of the month range from a new documentary about Pete Doherty, to new and returning shows featuring comedians like Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan. As well as the latest in TV, both streamers will be making some of the biggest blockbusters available to viewers like the newest chapter in the Mission: Impossible franchise.

Seth MacFarlane's newest comedy outing will also be landing on Sky and NOW, while true crime fans can dig into a new case with Tell Them Your Love Me. Here is everything you need to know about what is coming to the platforms in February.

Insidious: The Red Door | 2 February

The Insidious franchise has dominated the horror genre since it first began in 2010, the film's fifth outing is The Red Door which sees actor Patrick Wilson step behind the camera to direct. In the horror flick the Lambert family must face the demons of their past when The Further comes to get them, pulling Josh's (Wilson) son Dalton (Ty Simpkins) back in meaning it is up to his family to save him.

Larry David's iconic sitcom is coming to an end, but viewers will be able to enjoy one more round with the actor's onscreen persona as he continues to deal with one faux-pas after another in Los Angeles. The series has been going strong for 24 years and is expected to bow out on a high with ten more episodes.

The Libertines frontman is speaking openly about his struggles with addiction at the height of his fame. Filmed over the course of 10 years by Katia de Vidas, the singer looks back at his life and how he sees himself as he works to overcome his demons.

Set before the 2012 movie and its 2015 follow-up, this seven-episode series finds the foul-mouthed talking bear (voiced by MacFarlane) in the early days of his friendship with John Bennett (Maz Burkholder). Together again after the bear enjoyed a taste of fame, Ted helps John navigate high school life and while he might be a bad influence on the teen they forge a strong friendship that will defy the odds.

Tom Cruise returns as Ethan Hunt in the Mission: Impossible franchise, in a new chapter which sees him and his fellow rogue agents take on their most dangerous enemy yet: a sentient AI. The film sees Ethan and the team race to stop the AI from gaining access to a key that will allow it to take over the world, and change everything online to its will.

The latest from director Wes Anderson, Asteroid City is full of the filmmaker's whimsical visuals as it follows a group of residents in a remote town who find themselves trapped after being visited by an alien. The film features an A-list cast with many of the director's regular collaborators reuniting with him from Jason Schwartzman to Jeffrey Wright, Tilda Swinton to Edward Norton.
