Willow finally decides to go with her father and Toadie announces that he's coming to Port Macquarie with her to help her settle in. Willow farewells Ramsay Street, admitting to Ben that she's always liked him. Ben returns the sentiment and the teens are left feeling wistful about what might have been.

Willow later says goodbye to Sonya, urging her not to leave it too long if she wants to get back with Toadie, as he and Amy seem to be growing closer. Sonya, talks this over with Aaron, who advises her to decide what she wants.

Meanwhile, Sonya gives the council her pitch about why the Liveability contest will be great for the community. Tim Collins tries his best to be disruptive, but the other councillors are impressed by Sonya's pitch. They tell her they're behind it… but not with her in charge.

Elsewhere, Jack suggests to Steph that they should continue to have fun while they figure out what 'they' are. Later, Steph is struggling to stay awake and when Jack leaves her alone with Gabe, she's first overcome by a flashback of when she kidnapped Baby Patrick, then the sensation of hearing a child talk. What is going on?
