Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot is reportedly waiting for Manchester United to make a move for him in the summer transfer window.

The Frenchman was one of Didier Deschamps' better performers on Monday night as his country beat Austria in Euro 2024. His contract is set to expire in Turin at the end of the month and according to Tuttosport, Rabiot has not been forthcoming to launch into negotiations.

It is believed Rabiot is fully focused on the France national team but the 'Old Lady' worries that the midfielder is in fact waiting for United to make a move before entering negotiations with Juve. Since Ten Hag arrived at Old Trafford, the 29-year-old has been heavily linked with the Reds.

However, despite what is believed to be previous interest, United have not made any moves towards pursuing Rabiot again. Elsewhere, United are understood to be ready to swoop in for Chelsea target Jhon Duran this summer.

The Aston Villa 20-year-old scored eight goals in 37 appearances last season including a brace against Liverpool. It is believed the Colombian is open to moving to Stamford Bridge despite being happy in the West Midlands.

However, media outlet Antena 2 repprts that Old Trafford is becoming an option for Duran. Negotiations between Chelsea and Villa are thought to have stalled and now the Reds are in a position to swoop in.

Like central midfield, the centre-forward position is in need of strengthening this summer with Rasmus Hojlund the only recognised striker at the club.
