Another plot of Pedmore green belt land for sale at auction

ANOTHER parcel of land at Pedmore Lane, Pedmore, has been put up for sale at auction.

The freehold plot on the edge of Stourbridge, close to Hagley, which has a guide price of £50,000+ plus fees, is among the lots for sale at the next Bond Wolfe Auctions sale later this month.

Sales particulars say the rectangular parcel of land, extending to approximately 5.38 acres (2.18 ha), may be suitable for a variety of uses, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents – although interested parties should make their own enquiries by contacting Dudley Council.

A number of plots in Pedmore Lane and Pedmore Hall Lane have been sold over the past few months.

The last plot extending to 17.6-acres sold for £80,000 in the March 27 auction.

The next sale will be livestreamed on the Bond Wolfe Auctions website on Thursday May 16, starting at 8.30am.

Anyone wishing to bid should register no later than 3pm the day prior to the auction.
