Ant McPartlin's wife, Lisa Armstrong, hits out at troll over break-up criticism
Lisa Armstrong isn’t talking any flack when it comes to internet trolls.
When you’re in the public eye on Twitter there isn’t anywhere anyone can hide when it comes to trolls leaving nasty, abusive, or rude comments.
With Armstrong and her I’m A Celeb presenter husband Ant McPartlin’s marital problems splashed over the press in recent weeks, people have been quick to attack.
One Twitter user commented to her: ‘Can’t believe you’re throwing your marriage away after all them years. I’ve been addicted to codeine and unless you have been there you wouldn’t understand waking up in morning kidneys hurting for the habit to be fed educate yourself about it first @LisaAmakeup’
The comment has not only since been deleted but so has the entire account.
But Armstrong’s response is still live for all to see.
‘Educate yourself first love and get your facts right. You don’t know!! Sorry for your pain x’ she wrote as a reply.

She has come under fire (from internet trolls and so-called commentators alike) in recent weeks for allegedly not having been supportive of husband, Ant, during his time in rehab.
But fans were quick to come to her aid; replying with both positive and defensive comments of the Strictly Come Dancing make-up artist.
Ignore the interfering media and haters Lisa. It's only yours & Ants business why you have both decided this is your only option. Stay strong girl.

It's none of our business though, especially when we don't know any facts apart from those from soul-hungry media who just want to hurt. Wish them well but don't judge or tell them what to do. Best wishes to you Lisa x

And they continued to offer their support and privacy during the difficult time.
For crying out loud why can’t people leave you alone and keep their nasty opinions to themselves. My hubby lives with chronic pain and it’s not easy but no one knows what goes on behind closed doors.Keep smiling Lisa and Ant and do what’s best for you x

Why can’t people understand you maybe in the public eye but your private life is private and nobody’s business but your own stay strong

Armstrong had already broken her silence on the couple’s marital life when rumours swirled back in November, by quashing the claims she was ‘estranged’ in a tweet.
‘#writewhatyouwant #haventbeentoOzfor10years #ihaveajob #allaloadofmadeupshit #imnotestrangedthank-you #asyouwere (sic)’ she refuted when stories began to circulate over her role in supporting Ant.

Word is that the pair, who have been together for 11 years, will attempt to resolve or conclude their marriage in the New Year, with reports suggesting they’ll have at least one more Christmas together.
McPartlin has recently returned from a stint in Australia having presented I’m A Celeb alongside long-time cos-host and best friend, Declan Donnelly.
