Bruce Springsteen is back in Belfast for the first time since his Kings Hall show in 2013.

Taking over the Boucher Road Playing Fields with The E Street Band, The Boss returns to Belfast for a sold out show on May 9.

We know that a night of singing your heart out and dancing the night away to his classics can work up a hearty appetite and serious thirst.

With a gorgeous terrace perfect for a drink in the sun, The Bowery is one of the newest establishments on the Lisburn Road but has quickly become a favourite.

A short 10-minute walk will take you across to the Boucher Road Playing Fields for the concert.

Ryan's is one of the most popular spots on the Lisburn Road - and not too far of a walk from the Boucher Road Playing Fields.

The bar is open from 12 noon until midnight, and there is a great range of food on offer.

Happys, Lisburn Road

The newest spot on the busy Lisburn Road, Happys recently opened up in the former site of Cuckoo.

Described as "your friendly neighbourhood dive bar", it comes from the team behind Trademarket and serves food and drink.

Boucher Square, Boucher Road

If you want a number of popular chain restaurants to choose from at a short proximity to the concert then it could be worth popping into Boucher Square.

Just off Boucher Creseant are Frankie and Bennies, Nando's, Five Guys and Slim Chickens for a quick and tasty feed ahead of Bruce.
