CAA has promoted 15 employees to agent or executive.
Kelly Berger, Dillon Dailidonis, Peter Dakich, L Davis, Andrew Devian, Shayna Ehrlich, Julie Flanagan, Claire Garrison, Carson Goodwyn, Zach Grove, Tia Ikemoto, Michael Johnston, Rahny Longley, Ines Maza, and Abby Rizzo are those who have been promoted.

Berger has been promoted to Motion Picture Literary agent; Dailidonis has been promoted to agent in the Digital Media department; Dakich has been promoted to agent in the Media Finance department; Davis and Devian have been promoted to agent in Baseball; Garrison has been promoted to agent in Talent Business Ventures; Goodwyn has been promoted to agent in the Fashion department; Grove has been promoted to agent in the Commercial Endorsements department; Maza has been promoted to Agent in the Podcast department; Rizzo has been promoted to Agent in the Speakers department.
Flanagan, Ikemoto and Johnston have been promoted to agent in the Books department.
Ehrlich has been promoted to music marketing executive in the agency’s Music Touring department; Longley have been promoted to executive in the Commercial Endorsements department.
CAA, Creative Artists Agency, is based in Century City, Los Angeles. Last week, the agency also announced the promotion of Emma Banks, Darryl Eaton and Rick Roskin to become the new co-heads of its global touring business.
