The Chase star Mark Labbett has been branded "the skinny" beast after sharing a photo of himself enjoying a steak meal. The 58-year-old, nicknamed The Beast on the ITV quiz show, has lost an impressive 10 stone after overhauling his lifestyle.

Known for his towering presence and incredible general knowledge, the dad-of-one has become a familiar face in living rooms across the nation since becoming a chaser in 2009, and later the American version in 2014. However, it's not just his quizzing that's been turning heads as Mark has also impressed with his significant weight loss journey.

Mark's life took a turn when he was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2016 which spurred him to make changes to his diet and exercise habits. On Wednesday (May 22), Mark took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share a glimpse of his "protein" meal while dining out.
