Cheryl is planning to double the size of her and Liam Payne's country mansion

Cheryl is planning to double the size of her country mansion with Liam Payne, and has resubmitted new planning applications for the £5million abode purchased by the One Direction star back in 2015.

The couple are pimping out their house in Woking, Surrey, the Mail Online has reported, and want to add a super garage to be made to home their vast collection of luxury cars – though this application was previously denied as it was deemed inappropriate and threatened to ruin the environment.

However, the former Girls Aloud star and the ‘Strip That Down’ hitmaker have a two-bay garage that connects to an indoor pool and the guest house, which will home Cheryl’s mother, Joan – who it’s believed will help take care of their little seven-month-old son Bear – as well as a single story extended area to their home.

The planning statement reads: “The existing and original house at Hampton Manor has a footprint of 433 square metres, an overall floor area of 1024 square metres and a cubic content of 3437 cubic metres.

“The proposed extension, including the basement and two-bay garage would have a floor area of 473 square metres and a cubic content of 2494 cubic metres.

This amounts to a total increase of 71.8 per cent above the cubic content of the original dwelling.”

It has been reported the amendments Cheryl and Liam previously submitted also saw them ask for a tropical plant area, a jacuzzi, as well as a basement area, a gym and games room.
