Deer With Jug Stuck on Head Rescued by Pittsburgh Residents

A deer with a plastic container stuck on its head was rescued by residents in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, this week, after its emaciated condition raised concern in the neighborhood.

According to local news reports, a pretzel jar was stuck on the deer’s head for weeks, prompting neighbors to rally together to help the animal. Two residents were able to tackle the deer and free the jug from its head on Wednesday, March 13, local news reports said.
