THERE are "severe delays" on A13 with queues increasing after crash partially blocks the road.

AA Traffic News say there has been a crash on the A13 Stanford-le-Hope bypass London bound.

This is between A176 (Five Bells Interchange) and A1014 The Manorway (Stanford-Le-Hope Turn Off).

There are already delays of around 20 minutes, which is increasing. The average speed is around ten mph.

Congestion is already back to Pitsea Flyover.

There are no details on the crash itself at this stage.
