E-fit issued after man exposes himself to woman on mobility scooter

An e-fit image has been issued by police after a cyclist indecently exposed himself to a woman on a mobility scooter.

A man on a pushbike approached the victim and exposed himself while making explicit comments.

The incident happened at around 3pm on April 29  in Oday Hill, Drayton, near Abingdon.

The offender depicted in the E-fit is described as a white man, around 5ft 4ins tall and of slim build.

He was wearing a dark baseball cap, dark jacket and dark trousers.

He also had acne scarring on his face. He did not have any facial hair and had brown eyes.

He was riding a dark coloured bicycle.

Investigating officer PC Nicholas Fisher said: “This was a concerning incident and we have been conducting a thorough investigation.

“We are releasing this E-fit in order to trace the offender."
