Emmerdale spoilers: Nate kidnapped on Tracy’s wedding day, Naomi is tempted to leave

Cain and Moira resort to desperate measures on Emmerdale next week, when it comes to putting a stop to Nate’s plan.

Plus, Naomi may just be about to quit the village after she walks out on her job and gets hold of some unexpected cash. And Dan’s knee-jerk actions when it comes to Amelia’s stalker may just land him in big trouble.

Will Nate crash Tracy’s wedding?

When Moira and Cain hear from Nicola that Nate is on his way to the town hall, they fear he’s about to do something foolhardy when it comes to his custody fight for Frankie. So, their immediate reaction is to race off after him.

After spying Tracy outside the register office with a handsome guy in tow, Cain and Moira conclude that Nate must have one intent: to crash the wedding. And so Cain leaps into action by abducting Nate and knocking him out cold before he can enter the building.

But when Nate regains consciousness in a van that’s now parked back in the village, he’s gobsmacked at what’s been done to him…

Naomi quits

It’s already been revealed that Karene Peter has decided to leave Emmerdale, and it looks as though the exit of her character Naomi Walters is about to play out on screen.

As we’ll see, Naomi has serious money worries, and Victor’s suggestion is that she try to get hold of some of Vinny’s windfall. Naomi is then taken aback when Vinny does indeed offer to lend her some money and, encouraged by Victor, she accepts.

But after getting hold of the cash, Victor suggests she keep hold of these new funds rather than paying off her debts.

Later on, when Naomi is accused of handing Victor free pints of beer, she quits her job and storms out of the Woolpack in a humiliated state.

Angered by the confrontation, Naomi offloads to her granddad, who advises her to ditch the village and make a fresh start elsewhere with her money. Will a tempted Naomi decide to do just that?

Dan attacks Amelia’s stalker

Dan believes he’s managed to see off Amelia’s stalker Lloyd and is left feeling further reassured when she reveals that she’s now blocked his number.

But presently, PC Swirling arrives with troubling news: in light of the threats that Dan made, Lloyd has now made a complaint. So the police officer’s advice? Dan must stop taking the law into his own hands.

Dan, though remains proud of Amelia and feels happy that her life is now heading in the right direction. But when sinister Lloyd once again shows his face and makes an attempt to explain his actions, Dan marches over and snaps, punching the guy in the face. What consequences will Dan now face for his rash actions?

Who’s pregnant at Home Farm?

Finally, suspicions start to swirl when Kim finds a pregnancy test in the bin, but Gabby quickly denies that it belongs to her.

All eyes then turn to a sickly Dawn – and when it then becomes clear whose test whose test it is, Billy is left overjoyed at the news that she’s expecting a baby.
