Former Celtic star Jack Hendry expecting first baby as girlfriend makes adorable announcement

Scotland star Jack Hendry's girlfriend has shared the wonderful news the couple are expecting a child together. Robyn Keen announced their exciting shared news on social media on Tuesday.

It comes on a special day for the ex-Celtic footballer as he also celebrates his 28th birthday. Sharing the news on her Instagram page, Robyn shared a sun-soaked snap of the couple posing in matching blue pool attire, as she stunned in a bikini with her tiny bump.

"Half me and half you," she captioned the snaps, as Jack was wearing a cool blue t-shirt and chequered shorts. Robyn, who is currently training to become a clinical psychologist, was soon flooded with messages on the couple's news.

Melissa Hendry, Jack's sister, said in response: "The best news! Auntie Mel can’t wait to meet you baby bear." Another fan said: "Wow stunning mummy to be."

"So happy for you both!" wrote someone else as another fan commented: "Omg I’m in shock so happy for you guys! What a blessing gonna be so lucky with a mum like you."

In a later post to her Instagram story, Robyn shared an adorable photo of the couple's black labrador named Hector who was standing outside in their garden. The pooch had two blue balloons attached to his collar, one of which read 'big brother'.

It was a double whammy of celebrations for the couple, with Scots footballing star Jack also turning 29 on the same day. He is on track to represent Scotland at the Euros in Germany this summer.

The centre-back has an impressive 30 caps for Scotland and been a regular in the Saudi Pro League for Steven Gerrard's Al-Ettifaq this season.

In Scotland's most recent two games against the Netherlands and Northern Ireland, he played the full 90 minutes.
