Four parking spaces in Plymouth are for sale by conditional online auction. They are located within the Millfields, just off Craigie Drive. The auction, powered by Bamboo Auctions, ends at 12pm on June 28 and the guide price is £33,000.

Bradleys Estate Agents, which is marketing the parking spaces, said: “These spaces are currently let at £400 per calendar month, and make a fantastic investment. These spaces could also make a fantastic addition for someone already living within the Millfields, giving extra parking for friends, family and visitors.”

The Millfields, in the Stonehouse area of Plymouth, is ideally located for the city centre, Royal William Yard, and the Cremyll ferry to Mount Edgcumbe. The Millfields site was a former Royal Naval Hospital which amalgamated with the main hospital at Derriford in 1995 and since then has been redeveloped into housing. Millfields sits in secure landscaped walled grounds of about 26 acres.
