Cockman Builders was founded by Dave Cockman over 30 years ago in the Pinhoe area of Exeter. Throughout the years, we have completed numerous extensions, full house builds, major refurbishments, as well as general building and roofing works.
The business is managed by Dave and his wife Nicky, and their three sons, who joined the business after completing their education. All three sons underwent apprenticeships at Exeter College and are now qualified in their respective fields - Mark as a plumber, and Chris and Jack as bricklayers.
