A new independent coffee shop has opened on Temple Way. Coffee on the Corner launched its new Bristol venue on Saturday (April 20) and describes its offering as being 'some of the best coffee and cake' around.

The coffee shop is at The Print Hall in Temple Way, and serves up speciality coffee, matcha, cakes and pastries, a 'superfood' latte, loose-leaf tea, protein shakes and smoothies. It's open 7.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday, and 8am-5pm on Saturdays.

One review for its sister venue in Chippenham describes Coffee on the Corner has having 'mastered the art of being a go-to spot! Nestled perfectly in town and conveniently en route to the train station, it's a haven for anyone seeking a quick caffeine fix or a boost of energy.

"For anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable coffee stop, Coffee on the Corner is a top choice. It's the kind of place that adds a touch of comfort and satisfaction to your day, whether you're a local or just passing through."

Taking to social media, fans were quick to share their excitement. One said: "Good luck guys - if it's anything like the Chippenham coffee shop then I'm sure it will be a great success."

A second agreed, writing: "Congratulations! I love the one in Chippenham and I hope the Bristol site is a roaring success!"

A third commented: "These guys are fabulous and have smashed it in Chippenham. Definitely check it out if you're in this area." While a fourth said: "This is excellent! The Coffee on the Corner branch in Wiltshire was a Muddy Stiletto finalist for 'Best Cafe' in Wiltshire.
