Katie Price shares picture of boarded-up window amid her claims that son Harvey 'bashed them in'

Katie Price has shared a photograph on social media that shows a boarded up window. This comes a week after she claimed her teen son Harvey had ‘bashed in’ windows at her home.

Price said on the Victoria Derbyshire show that she is considering putting her 16-year-old son Harvey, who is partially blind and has Prader-Willi Syndrome, into full-time residential care.

She says that the teen has become too big for her to handle, and has caused thousands of pounds worth of damage in her house after ‘bashing in’ windows, iPads and television screens.

The revealing image, shows Price with her two pet German shepherd dogs. Captioned ‘Bear and Sparkle’ a boarded up window pane with cardboard can be seen.

Price appeared on This Morning last week following the Victoria Derbyshire interview to clarify why she felt she now had ‘no choice’ but to strongly consider putting Harvey into a care facility.

“On Instagram, I only show him when he’s good. But he’s got a side to him. My house is smashed to bits. This year he has broken eight iPads and four TVs. Someone might bang the door and he’ll chuck something,” she said on the daytime chat show.

A source close to the former glamour model also elaborated on the severity of the damage Harvey has allegedly caused to The Sun:

“Harvey has smashed pretty much every window in the house and has caused £7,000 damage.

“The windows now just get covered with cardboard when he breaks down because it’s too difficult to constantly replace them.

‘Katie has to lock her eldest son out of the kitchen because he’s prone to smashing up the plates, glasses and anything else that is breakable in there.”

Price has four four additional children, who she shares custody with her ex partners. Her eldest two children, Junior and Princess live part-time with their father Peter Andre. And her youngest children, Jett and Bunny live part-time with their father and Price’s estranged husband Kieran Hayler.

Price also said on This Morning that she intends to adopt a Nigerian baby.
