Kourtney Kardashian Recalls 'Terrifying' Fetal Surgery — and Questions Khloé's Sex Life — in “Kardashians” Season 5 Trailer

The family is worried about Kourtney, Kris Jenner has her own health scare and Khloé's love life is under the microscope in the newest season of the Hulu series

The Kardashians are not slowing down.

Between their growing families, new career ventures and juggling their 13 kids and grandkids, the world's most famous family has had a busy year, and they're about to let fans in on everything that went on behind-the-scenes.

In the first trailer for season 5 of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian says that the famous sisters “made a commitment to ourselves: slow down, take some time off to be present in the moment" — but it doesn't look like they're sticking to it.

“Have the Kardashians slowed down?" Khloé Kardashian echoes, posing the question in a confessional as the trailer begins. "No."

As the sisters jet off around the world for Fashion Week together — and Kendall Jenner says that a "really fun part" of her career "is doing it with my sisters" — there's some not-so-glamorous moments unfolding, too.

Khloé, 39, elects to stay home while "the whole family is out of the country," as Kourtney is "at the very end of her pregnancy," and expecting her first child with husband Travis Barker (a son, Rocky, who they welcomed in November).

"Someone has to be here – even for all the kids," she says.

As Kourtney, 45, and Travis, 48, approach their due date, the Poosh founder undergoes emergency fetal surgery, and says of the experience in the trailer as footage of her in the hospital is shown, “I had to go in for fetal surgery, which was terrifying."

"This is really crazy, I just want Kourtney to be okay," Kris Jenner says of her oldest daughter, who describes her pregnancy as "the best blessing in the world" but "high-risk."

While Khloé and Kris worry about Kourtney, she's got her sights set on her sister, too, as she questions how the Good American founder is doing after her separation from Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares daughter True, 6, and son Tatum, 18 months.

"Now that Tristan is gone, maybe Khloé could be free to go out, have fun," Kourtney muses, before asking her sister point-blank: "Are you having sex?"

Khloé is slack-jawed at the question — and at her silence, Kourtney admits, "I wouldn’t think so, to be honest.”

Amid the turbulence of Kourtney's pregnancy, the family's matriarch also gets some scary news about her health.

"I had my scan," Kris says while at dinner with her boyfriend, Corey Gamble, and daughters.

"They found a cyst and a little tumor," she shares while wiping away tears, and Khloé is seen looking concerned.

In the next scene, Kendall, 28, comforts her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, as she breaks down in tears.

Kim, meanwhile, is continuing to expand her career, as she films her first major television role in American Horror Story: Delicate, alongside Emma Roberts, which she refers to as "my actress era" in the trailer.

At the same time, she reminds fans, she's "running a business, back and forth from meetings" and she's still "in law school.”

The trailer also sees new tensions arise between Kim, 43, and Khloé, as the SKIMS founder tells her mom that Khloé is "very judgmental" and later admits, "Khloé is unbearable these days."

Kim then insinuates her sister has "a stick up" her a--, and Khloé tells her, "You are going through a lot right now and you're taking it out on me," before Kim tells her to "get out."

Khloé, meanwhile, says in a confessional, "I don't care what other people think. I'm happy!"
