If you are looking to start a new full-time job in Grimsby and Cleethorpes but haven't completed further education, there are several full-time roles available which offer training on the job.

Finding employment can be draining, especially if every time you search for a job you can only find roles that require years of education. But occasionally, there are roles on offer where employees are more open-minded about qualifications and support your development.

Customer Team Leader at Co-op in Grimsby, £13.32 per hour

The job description says: "As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages." Catering Assistant at a local school, £11.50 per hour

If you can pass a DBS check and would like to work around four hours a day at a school in the Grimsby area, this could be for you. The description says: "We are looking to recruit a CA to cover a local school, this is to start asap. You will be making sandwiches, serving food and drink."

Qualifications aren't listed in the job description but it might support your application if you already have food hygiene certificates. The hours are 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday; at £11.50 an hour that works out as £230 per week before tax or other deductions. Apply via the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) website.

Clerical Assistant with Care Plus Group, £22,370 a year

If you have Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English (GCSE grades 9-4 previously known as grades A*-C) and know your way around a computer you can apply for a job at an NHS Community Inpatient Unit.

The job description reads: "You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to support the effective running of the Community Inpatient Unit. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the building and you will undertake a range of routine clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, computer work, message taking, telephone enquiries and the processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail (including electronic).

Mystery Shopper (ID) in Grimsby, pay per audit

Serve Legal are looking for new mystery shoppers to check if they are asked for ID at various locations, including supermarkets, high-street retailers, and betting shops. After reporting back, you get payment.

According to the job description, one of the biggest perks is freebies. It says: "Keep what you buy during audits, including grocery shops up to £40, on us!"

There are opportunities for anyone aged 16+ but the age verification audits can only be completed by 18-19-year-olds. There is plenty of non-age-restricted work as well - find out more or apply on the DWP.

Lettings Projects and Maintenance Co-ordinator, £13,000 a year part-time

If you are handy with tools, there is a need for someone who can carry out essential maintenance and improvement work on rental properties in the Grimsby area. It's 20 hours a week and the candidate needs their own car.

The job description reads: "As a project and maintenance administrator in the lettings sector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of rental properties by overseeing repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise in property maintenance, and effective project management abilities to meet the needs of both landlords and tenants."
