Moment reckless dangerous BMW driver undertakes and brake tests another motorist

A jaw-dropping dashcam video reveals the moment a reckless driver veers across lanes, dangerously undercuts and brake checks another road user on Bristol's M32. The driver is seen tailgating another motorist in the outside lane before sharply swerving to pass them and abruptly slam on the brakes.

Shocked witnesses reported the BMW driver to the police following the heart-stopping manoeuvre and consequent brake check on the same vehicle.

After admitting guilt at court, the driver faced a string of fines and was handed a three-month driving ban.

BristolLive previously reported this week that the Avon and Somerset Roads Policing Team said: "M32 #Bristol - #JourneyCam report for Without Due Care (WDC) Undertaking & brake testing forcing the informant to stop in the live outside lane."

"Driver pleaded guilty at court recently resulting in: Disqualified for 3 months, £807 Fine, £110 Costs, £323 VS, a total of £1240".
