Netflix confirms Emily in Paris series four release date - and fans won't have to wait long

Netflix has confirmed the release dates of the hotly anticipated new series of Emily in Paris. In a video featuring a number of the series’ cast members, including lead actress Lily Collins, the streaming service made the announcement earlier today (Friday, May 3).

In a tweet uploaded to the official Netflix UK account on X, formerly known as Twitter, the streaming service revealed season four of Emily in Paris will be split into two parts. The first half of the series will launch on the platform on Thursday, August 15.

Part two will then premiere on Thursday, September 12. Netflix wrote: “Ohh La La! Emily in Paris Season 4 will be split into two 5-episode parts. Part 1 premieres on 15 August followed by Part 2 on 12 September.”

In the hit rom-com stars Lily Collins, who plays Chicago marketing executive Emily Cooper. The show follows her as she navigates life in Paris after landing her dream job.

Netflix's video has been viewed over 68,100 times. Darren replied in the comments: “We don't have long to wait!” Napoleón Rubio said: “Can’t wait!” ItsKhushii simply admitted: "Ready." marfani1987 wrote: "Previous parts were incredible to watch."

When describing the upcoming series, the cast described it as ‘vulnerable’, ‘messy’, ‘chaotic’, ‘heartbreaking’ and ‘revenge’. Season four will see Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu (Sylvie), Ashley Park (Miindy Chen), Lucas Bravo (Gabriel), Samuel Arnold (Julien), Bruno Gouery (Luc), Camille Razat (Camille), and Lucien Laviscount (Alfie) all return as the main cast members.

Emily in Paris season four premieres on Netflix on Thursday, August 15. Part two will follow on Thursday, September 12.
