Netflix has another packed release schedule for October, with several exciting originals set to debut on the streaming platform over the course of the month.

With spooky season underway, the streamer is preparing to frighten viewers with terrifying new additions like Mike Flanagan's The Fall of the House of Usher, and other originals like Sister Death.

Elsewhere, following the end of Sex Education Netflix is preparing to launch an all-new coming-of-age series titled Everything Now which follows teen Mia (Sophie Wilde) who returns home after several months in rehab for an eating disorder only to find all her friends have moved on without her.

Other highlights of the month include Netflix's David Beckham documentary film, titled Beckham, sci-fi crime drama Bodies, and the return of French hit Lupin. For anime fans, Netflix will also be bringing its anime adaptation of the critically-acclaimed PLUTO to the small screen this month.

Creating a bucket list, Mia enlists the help of her friends to catch up with everything she wants from life including her first kiss, first party, and unexpectedly her first love.

Horror auteur Mike Flanagan returns to Netflix for a new limited series titled The Fall of the House of Usher, which is based on the writings of Edgar Allan Poe.

Starring his regular troupe of actors, the horror series follows billionaire Roderick Usher (Bruce Greenwood) as he explains how and why his six children have all died under mysterious circumstances, and what it has to do with a woman named Verna (Carla Gugino) from his past.

In this epic sci-fi crime drama, four detectives investigate the same murder over different time periods, two in the past, one in the present, and another in the future.

As each investigates what happened to the mysterious body they have found the four detectives find themselves drawn into a complicated and dark plot.

Gentleman thief Assane Diop (Omar Sy) is back for another intense plot to avenge his father, this time involving a rare jewel heist.

Beckham | 4 October

David Beckham explores his family, career and rise to fame in this tell-all documentary, which will share a glimpse into his personal life like fans have never seen before.

His wife Victoria Beckham will appear in the documentary, and never-before-seen footage will be shown in this exploration of the football legend's stardom.
