Prime Video and Amazon Freevee have shared details of the streaming platforms' October release schedule, with several originals returning and big blockbusters being released.
With big name shows like The Continental and Gen V airing weekly some viewers may not look beyond that, but there are other exciting shows arriving on the streamer over the course of October.
Amazon Freevee will be bringing back the critically acclaimed Bosch: Legacy for a second season, while over on Prime Video the sci-fi comedy Upload is also returning for season 3.

But that's not all, a number of hotly-anticipated movies are also coming to Prime Video such as John Wick: Chapter 4 and the final instalment in the After film series, titled After Everything.

New TV and films coming to Prime Video and Amazon Freevee in October 2023
After Everything | 3 October
Hero Fiennes Tiffin returns as Hardin Scott in the final film in the After franchise, and this film sees his character travel to Portugal where he reflects on his past mistakes and make amends with Tessa Young (Josephine Langford).
Totally Killer | 6 October
The latest collaboration between horror specialists Blumhouse and Prime Video is Totally Killer. The throwback slasher-comedy stars Chilling Adventures of Sabrina's Kiernan Shipka as scream queen Jamie Hughes, who accidentally time-travels back to the 1980s and comes face-to-face with her town's legendary prom killer.
Can she survive the night, or will she be forever trapped in 1987?
The Burial | 13 October
Inspired by true events, when a handshake deal goes sour, funeral homeowner Jeremiah O’Keefe (Tommy Lee Jones) enlists charismatic, smooth-talking attorney Willie E. Gary (Jamie Foxx) to save his family business. Tempers flare and laughter ensues as the unlikely pair bond while exposing corporate corruption and racial injustice in this inspirational, triumphant story.
John Wick: Chapter 4 | 13 October
Keanu Reeves returns as former assassin John Wick, who is trying to take down the entire High Table and in this chapter does so by challenging the Marquis (Bill Skarsgård) to a dual.
The fourth film in the hit franchise is one of the series' best thanks to its tantalising action and awe-inspiring set pieces, and it has an A-list cast including martial arts master Donnie Yen.
Bosch: Legacy season 2 | 20 October
The crime drama is back and season 2 will begin right where the first left off, with Madeline “Maddie” Bosch being abducted by a mysterious masked assailant.

For fans of the show, it will premiere with its first episode on 20 October and then two episodes per week after that. It is free to watch on top of it, what a result!
