October looks to be a busy month on Sky and NOW, with some of the biggest blockbusters coming to Sky Cinema and new and returning shows set to be released.
One such show is A League of their Own which is back for its 18th season with a few new faces on the panel, while the final season of Martin Freeman's dramedy Breeders will also premiere on Sky and NOW in October.
Movie highlights of the month include Steven Spielberg's semi-autobiographical movie The Fabelmans, as well as animated hit Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, and the wild Cocaine Bear. Horror film fans will also get to watch Pearl and The Pope's Exorcist this Halloween.

A League of Their Own | 25 October
Sports comedy show A League of Their Own is back, and the new season will see Lioness Jill Scott and comedian Mo Gilligan join the series alongside returning panelists Romesh Ranganathan, Jamie Redknapp, and Micah Richards.
The panelists and star guests will examine the biggest news from the world of sports, comedy and TV each week, much to the delight of their audience.
COBRA: Rebellion | 12 October
The third season of Sky's hit series COBRA: Rebellion will premiere in October, and the political thriller explores the challenges faced by Prime Minister Sutherland (Robert Carlyle) in light of his new police-protest bill.
Life imitates art in this drama, which also stars Victoria Hamilton, Jane Horrocks, and David Haig.
Breeders season 4 | 20 October
Starring Martin Freeman and Daisy Haggard, the fourth and final season of Breeders returns to the lives of Paul and Ally and their struggle with parenthood.
Set five years after the events of season 3, Ally and Paul are at their breaking point while their children are also navigating new issues of their own.
The Gilded Age season 2 | TBC
Period dramas are all the rage and Julian Fellows, the creator of Downton Abbey, is one of the best working on them. His latest is American period drama The Gilded Age, which will return for its second season soon.
Starring Carrie Coon, Christine Baranski and Taissa Farmiga, the series is set in New York City in 1882 and follows the drama of society life in the Big Apple.

Cocaine Bear | 4 October
Inspired by a true story, Cocaine Bear follows an incident in which a drug runner's plane crash led to their cocaine shipment being eaten by a bear, which then went on a rampage.
This wild thriller follows a rag-tag group of criminals, cops and tourists who all come into contact with the bear as they converge on a forest in Georgia.
The Fabelmans | 13 October
Steven Spielberg's most recent film sees the acclaimed director turn to his own life as inspiration for a story of a young boy's dream of making movies while facing difficulties in his family and school life.
The coming-of-age drama stars Paul Dano and Michelle Williams, and is a heartfelt story of family, love and making ones dreams come true.
Puss in Boots: The Last Wish | 20 October
When Puss in Boots first appeared in the Shrek franchise the feline, voiced by Antonio Banderas, completely stole the show, earning his own spin-offs as a result.
The Last Wish is a new adventure for the swash-buckling cat, as he deals with the consequences of burning through eight of his nine lives.
Pearl | TBC
Ti West and Mia Goth return for another chilling collaboration in the X film franchise, the new movie follows villain Pearl as she navigates an isolated life on her family farm but finds her ambitions and temptations colliding in shocking ways.
