Guardians Of The Galaxy: Chris Pratt Planning To Kill Off Iron Man And Thor In Guardians Vs Avengers Face Off
Guardians Of The Galaxy has become one of the most hotly anticipated blockbusters of the summer so we just had to catch up with all of the star's from the film (sadly minus Bradley Cooper) to talk all things Marvel, including which member of the Avengers crew, they would love to take on in an almighty face off.
And it turned out Chris, who plays main man Peter Quill or Star Lord if you wan to go by his hunky alter ego had absolutely no hesitation deciding which Avenger he'd like to see get the chop.
"I would like to see them kill Thor," he told EntertainmentWise and others at today's London press conference. But that would mean no more Chris Hemsworth!

Filmmaker James Gunn has his sights on Mr. Tony Stark or Iron Man played by Robert Downey Jr. in the franchise, admitting both he and Chris have actually played out this discussion before.
"Chris and I were driving somewhere the other day and in the car we were having one of our ridiculous conversations and we were talking about all the different things that could happen to the Guardians in this universe, like we do endlessly, we talk about it constantly.
"And he was saying 'dude seriously I really really think that Star Lord should kill Iron Man. Like it would be so awesome and if he shot him, people would be so surprised".

Sounds like someone's got some serious beef with poor Tony!
Chris has ideas of his own for a potential sequel which he shared with us, joking: "If not me maybe Rocket. Look none of my ideas will ever make the movies, so I should just tell you all of them. It will never be a spoiler.
"In the comic Gamora (Zoe Saldana) and Iron Man have a thing [Zoe cringes]. So I was thinking how would Star Lord feel about that? Maybe he doesn't like it and then Rocket hears that I don't like it then Rocket shoots Tony Stark and just blows a hole in his face, that would be amazing!"
And he's clearly not scared of rustling a few feathers as he admits: "People would be super mad but it would be kinda great. They'd be like 'why did you do that' and they'd be 'well Robert Downey Jr makes $100 million a movie we can't afford to have him. Pratt's minimum wage, we can afford Pratt, he kills everyone!"
Er Robert Downey makes how much? That's more than the actual Tony Stark!

During the hilarious chat, conversation turned to seducing the ladies - Guardian style and how does Chris think Lord Star would work his magic? We're not sure his tactics would work on us but, Chris says: "I wouldn't mind seeing Peter Quill seduce an alien lady with some Lionel Richie [Starts singing Hello], like that's how he's been getting with all these ladies, just one Lionel song."
Marvel are hoping for another roaring success at the box office with Guardians of the Galaxy which opens in cinemas nationwide on August 1.
The studio have revealed plans to up their game from two movies a year to three following the insane success of bringing their comics to the big screen with players such as The Avengers and Iron Man bringing in staggering figures at the worldwide box office.
Fingers crossed Guardians of the Galaxy will follow suit!
