Jennifer Lopez 'Shunning Prenup To Marry Casper Smart In Bid To Prove He Love'?

There has been much talk about Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart getting hitched and everytime a new rumour stirs it gets shut down just as quick, so new whispers that the love-up couple are planning to wed and that J-Lo is apparenly shunning a prenup has really got everyone talking.

According to OK! magazine Jen is so smitten with her the 26-year-old backing dancer that when they eventually tie the knot, she is apparently instructing her lawyers not to draft up a prenup.

''Jennifer insists that their love is real, just like she did with the first three husbands and to prove to herself she's refusing to have her lawyers draft a prenup.

The women's magazine claim that the usually business savvy singer is keen to prove to everyone that her love for Casper is not about money or a rebound, but true love.

"It sounds silly but it's her way of convincing herself, her exes and the world that Casper is not just a rebound like some critics claim. Making their love about love, not money, is Jennifer's only way to say to herself that Casper is a 'til death do us part' kind of guy.''

Only last week a rep for the On The Floor songstress denied the couple had hit a rough patch amid claims by a source their once blossoming love affair had become turbulent, with the pair spending less and less time together.

In Touch magazine reported that: "They are spending a lot more time apart," and people were "wondering if they broke up" when Lopez recently did a shoot for Viva Movil smartphones and Smart wasn’t around.

Meanwhile, it was also claimed earlier this month that J-Lo is hoping to fall pregnant for the third time with Casper in the coming months.

''She's scared that time isn't on her side with regards to her age. But she's hoping that with fertility treatments she'll be pregnant in the next couple of month," a source told Star magazine.

If the rumours are true, we hope Jen knows what she's doing.
