Taylor Swift To Make Tour More Adult: 'Expect The Unexpected'

Taylor Swift might be famous for her sweet songs and legions of teen fans, but she's making plans to make her act a little bit more age appropriate. Her North American tour starts tonight, and the 23-year-old star has announced that she's going to start doing things a little differently.

Taylor revealed to MTV "The visuals kind of portrayed on this tour will be, I guess, more grown-up and a little more mature than things we've done in the past.

"I think from the 'Red Tour', fans can expect the unexpected. I think I really like the element of surprise, and I love incorporating that into the shows." Way to keep us guessing, Taylor! We don't know what to expect - but it sounds like it could be pretty shocking.

One thing we do know is that Taylor is taking Brit singer Ed Sheeran with her. Ed wrote songs for Red, Taylor's current album, so it sounds like he might help out when it comes to bringing the craziness. Taylor also said "I like for these tours to be completely different from every single one we've done", so long term fans can expect to be amazed.

Will we be surprised with an on stage smooch between Taylor and Ed? It's unlikely. Despite the raging rumours of a romance between them, Ed told TVNZ "I've got to be honest because one of my best friends did date her. I'm not that kind of guy. But the fact that people believed it impressed me a little bit."
