Paramount+ will be bringing the fun this July with an array of new shows and films coming to the streaming platform during the month.

The latest shows from the US will be landing on Paramount+ as will new family favourites like Sponge-Bob Squarepants spin-off Kamp Koral. Elsewhere, Tina Fey's Mean Girls musical adaptation is coming to the platform, as will a new documentary about singer Melissa Etheridge.

Here is everything you need to know about what is coming to Paramount+ in July.

The case of the Murdaugh murders fascinated the American public as it was happening, with the deaths of Alex Murdaugh's wife Maggie and 22-year-old son Paul drawing suspicion to him. He pled guilty, but evidence pointed to his involvement in the crime and he was convicted of two counts of murder in March 2023 for their deaths, the lawyer was given two life sentences without possibility of parole.

Now the story has been recreated as a drama by Lifetime, with Bill Pullman portraying the killer.

You've seen Mean Girls the movie, now it's time to watch the musical adaptation. That's right, Fey's hit teen movie has been recreated for an all new generation complete with TikTok dances and influencers, but at its heart it is the same story of a homeschooled student trying to navigate High School life for hte first time.

The movie stars Angourie Rice, Reneé Rapp, and Auliʻi Cravalho, and even has a fun cameo from one of the original Mean Girls cast.

The Quantum Leap revival continues to go strong, with the first half of the second season landing on Paramount+ after its premiere in the US. Raymond Lee plays gifted physicist Dr. Ben Song as he tries to figure out what happened to original character Dr. Sam Beckett when he vanished into the Quantum Leap accelerator all those years ago.
