Paul Hollywood's ex-girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam has spoken about her relationship with the TV star following on from their split in August last year, declaring she was "besotted" by him.

The 24-year-old was working in a pub local to the 53-year-old baking judge in Kent when they began dating in November 2017 shortly after Hollywood announced his split from his wife of two decades, Alex.

Speaking to The Sun's Fabulous Magazine, she said: "It did move quickly and, yes, I was besotted at the beginning."

Their relationship consistently made headlines and generated intrigue but she's insisted she didn't want a life in the spotlight when entering into a relationship with the Great British Bake Off star, but is now open to seeing where her newfound fame come take her.

"I didn’t ask for this," the 24-year-old said. "I didn’t ask for these doors to be opened, the world sucked me into it — in a good way, a really good way — and now I want to see what my options are.”

The 24-year-old has recently made an appearance on Good Morning Britain where she spoke about her experiences of being stalked, although didn't speak about her former partner.
