Peter Kay's Car Share: Fans left emotional after 'perfect ending'
Fans were left feeling emotional after what some descried as a ‘perfect’ ending to Peter Kay’s Car Share.
The newest series came to an end this week, which spells the end of the show entirely after Kay confirmed it as the last one ever.
Naturally, fans were not pleased to see the BAFTA-winning comedy series end for good, but that didn’t mean they couldn’t love the final episode that aired on BBC One.
After fans were divided over the unscripted episode that aired prior to this, many of them took to Twitter after this, the final (and scripted) one, to voice their feelings on how good they thought it was.
That ending of #CarShare has literally made me cry with laughter, literal tears

The comedian, 44, put on a charity event showing the last two episodes of the show before they aired on TV last month and raised an impressive £34,000 in the process.
It was later revealed that an unscripted episode would air during the first May Bank Holiday, and since spoke out about his decision to go ahead with an improvised story after it received mixed reviews.
