Police issue appeal to find wanted woman or 'her associates'

Police in Salford have issued an appeal for help to trace a wanted woman or 'her associates'.

Sophie Mallon is currently wanted by officers. Police have not disclosed the alleged offences the 36-year-old is wanted for.

Officers want to find 'where she may be residing or 'who her associates may be'. Anyone with information is being urged to contact them.

Police shared a picture of Mallon on Facebook today as part of an appeal to trace her. On the GMP Salford Facebook page, an officer wrote: "#WANTED | GMP is appealing for information regarding Sophie Mallon (36 y/o) who is currently wanted.

"We're looking for information regarding where she may be residing or who her associates may be. Information can be provided via GMP online report, by emailing 13490@gmp.police.uk or anonymously via Crimestoppers."
