Prince Harry 'to snub William during UK visit amid extremely fractured' relationship

Prince Harry is set to return to the UK next week marking his second time on British soil this year. The Duke of Sussex will spend time in London to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.

A ceremony will take place at St Paul’s Cathedral on Wednesday, May 8, celebrating the games which Harry set up for injured servicemen and women to compete in a variety of sports. And now royal insiders have revealed that King Charles will meet with his youngest son during his time in the capital.

However Harry will not see his older brother Prince William due to their "fractured relationship," it has been claimed. A source said: "Harry has kept in regular contact with his father on several occasions and made no secret of his desire to see him when he can.

"He has been especially concerned about him and hopes the King will be well and able to see him as planned." An insider added of Harry's relationship with William: "Their relationship remains extremely fractured. Harry has privately expressed a wish to sit down with his brother but now is not the time."

Harry, 39, is due to arrive in London on Tuesday and stay three days, The Mirror reports. It comes following his move to America with wife Meghan Markle and their two children, Archie and Lilibet.

After his UK visit, Harry will meet up with Meghan on Thursday in Nigeria, where the couple were invited to take part in cultural activities. They are expected to meet military staff during the trip, which is linked to the Invictus Games.

It is their first trip to the African nation, which holds a special place in Meghan’s heart having revealed last year she is "43 per cent ­Nigerian" The couple will later fly home to the US.
