Relive "Pirates of the Caribbean" at the movie marathon

19 May – A couple of days after its official release, "Pirate of The Caribbean: Salazar's Revenge" will be featured in a "Pirates of The Caribbean" Movie Marathon held by mmCineplexes.

For one day only on 27 May 2017, relive the swashbuckling tale that started it all in "Pirates of The Caribbean: The Curse of The Black Pearl".

Then catch the latest instalment of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise, "Salazar's Revenge", as the two movies are played back to back at mmCineplexes at eCurve Damansara and Johor Bahru City Square.

Catch your favourite characters: Captain Jack Sparrow, Elizabeth Swann, Will Turner and Captain Hector Barbossa, in "The Curse of The Black Pearl" before they're joined by Henry Turner and Carina Smyth in "Salazar's Revenge" at the price of only RM30.

This price includes one regular-sized popcorn and one small soft drink with unlimited refills.

Applicable for walk-in and online purchase, fans can start buying the tickets from today until 27 May.

You can also stand a chance to acquire some exclusive limited edition treasure: a set of six "Pirates of the Carribean" Bubble Magnets, which will be given to the first hundred customers at each location.

The screening at City Square will begin at 12.30pm while the screening at eCurve begins much later, at 9pm on the same day.

"Pirates of the Caribbean" first started out as a movie based on a theme park ride of the same name at Disneyland.

"The Curse of The Black Pearl" unexpectedly went on to plunder over USD654 million at the box office, making it the fourth highest grossing film of 2003.

The franchise has so far went on to earn over USD3 billion worldwide with the addition of its following films.

"Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar's Revenge" will arrive in theatres this 25 May.
