Scots teen missing since Monday 'may be with other girl last seen in Glasgow'

An urgent search has been launched for a Scots teen who went missing over four days ago and may be with another girl.

Cops are appealing for the help of the public to trace Emily Neil from Stirling.

The 14-year-old girl was last seen in Cowgate, Kirkintilloch, at around 4.25pm on Monday May 20.

She is described as being around 5ft 10in in height, of slim build with long red/auburn hair. When last seen she was wearing black leggings and a black hooded top.

Sergeant William Diamond said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing for anyone who has seen Emily, or who has any information on her whereabouts to contact us."

He added: “It is believed she may be in the company of Jasmine Graham, 14, who was last seen in the area of the Forge Shopping Centre in Glasgow on Monday, 20 May.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 quoting reference 2673 of 20 May, 2024.

Firefighters can be seen tackling a blazing fire in a residential block in central London. The footage, taken by an anonymous bystander, shows a raging fire in the four-bed flat on the third floor of a 22-storey residential block in Spitalfields, London. Around 60 firefighters and eight fire engines attended the scene, with onlookers reporting a response time of around 10 minutes.
