Stranger Things is heading back to Netflix…

And it’s only a few short months away.

The Second Season of hit Netflix show Stranger Things returns on 27 October 2017… and along with the announcement comes a very cool, very ominous-looking poster.

Let’s just say this makes the Demogorgon look like a My Little Pony.

And that’s not all – Netflix has also released a teaser which promises that 1984 only gets stranger…

“It’s 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the Demogorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab,” says the official series description. “Will Byers has been rescued from the Upside Down but a bigger, sinister entity still threatens those who survived.”

And they’ve even given us a handy rundown of all the key dates so far:

  • 1953, Date Unknown – MK Ultra comes to Hawkins

  • 1979 – Police Chief Jim Hopper returns to Hawkins

  • 1983, November 6 – The Vanishing of Will Byers

  • 1983, November 8 – The Vanishing of Barbara Holland

  • 2016, July 15 – Part 1

  • 2017, October 27 – Part 2

What horrors will Stranger Things Season 2 bring?

For now, we’ll have to wait and see. But the Upside Down hasn’t finished with us yet.

Stranger Things stars David Harbour, Winona Ryder, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Charlie Heaton, Natalia Dyer, and Millie Bobbie Brown.

Stranger Things Season Two returns to Netflix on 27 October 2017.
