Strictly Come Dancing: Mollie King and AJ Pritchard were caught kissing backstage

It may not be official yet, but Strictly Come Dancing duo Mollie King and AJ Pritchard have added fuel the fire over their rumoured romance.

But now it seems their passion for one another is all but confirmed – by an insider, that is.

The pair were reportedly seen kissing backstage during this series’ training sessions, encouraging speculation that there’s chemistry both on and off the dancefloor.

According to The Sun, “They have been seen kissing, canoodling and even snogging while training,” the insider claimed.

The Saturdays singer and her dancing partner have always denied that anything romantic is going on between them, but word is that everyone backstage is talking about it and willing them to get together.

AJ even denied anything more than a dancing friendship when he spoke to us back in October, but a lot can happen in two months.

After learning they’d made it into the semis, presenter Tess Daly quizzed them about what was going on between the two.

Claudia Winkleman then chirped in with a cheeky joke, saying that out of the 300 hours of training together, “only half that time was spent kissing.”

They, along with fellow contestants and audience members, laughed but neither confirmed nor denied the claim.

“It’s still very early days, the source said, “They are not officially dating or in a relationship, but there’s a real chemistry and attraction between them,” revealed the source.

“But only time will tell if this is a romance that will only exist inside the Strictly bubble or something they’ll carry on with after the show.”

Mollie’s last long term partner was model David Gandy, who she was in a long-term, one-again off-again relationship with. While Gandy was seven years her senior, Pritchard is seven her junior.

“He is much younger than her and Mollie tends to go for older, more mature men,” shared the insider.

With this series coming to a close and the dancing duo preparing for the semi-finals, whatever is going on is strictly being kept behind closed doors.
