It’s supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year.

But not for some – Google data has revealed that searches for “should I break up with my boyfriend” and “should I get divorced” have just hit a high for the year.

Also at a year-long high were searches for “does my girlfriend love me?’.

On the positive side, searches for “should I split up with my girlfriend” stayed at non-Christmas levels.

He then tweeted the grim results.

In the US, the number of people searching ” should I get a divorce’ were more than twice as high during the holidays that than at any other time during the rest of the year.

But at least people most seem content with their jobs.

The search “Should I quit my job?” fell over the holiday season.
