'Unexpected' Snow Hits Southwest England

Snow fell in several parts of the south of the UK on Wednesday night, March 27, with alerts for wind and rain issued by the Met Office.

Footage seen here shows snow falling over Plympton, a suburb of Plymouth, in the south west of England, on Wednesday.

“Unexpected snow in Plympton this evening,” X user @morganstree wrote.
