Victims of Uvalde and Buffalo Shootings Remembered at Brooklyn Anti-Gun Violence Rally

Victims of the Buffalo and Uvalde shootings were memorialized at a gun reform rally in Brooklyn, New York, on Saturday, June 11, amid nationwide protests for gun reform legislation.

Video captured by Sonni Mun in Brooklyn’s Cadman Plaza shows a collection of shopping carts with the photos of the Buffalo supermarket shooting victims, and white crosses with the names of the victims of the elementary school shooting in Uvalde, Texas. A statue of a little girl hiding under a school desk also featured.

US President Joe Biden said on Saturday that he supported the marches and called on Congress to “do something.” Credit: Sonni Mun via Storyful
