Toppling a world record, students build stunning 100,000 domino chain which lasts four MINUTES

This is the moment students toppled a spectacular world record - by creating a chain of 100,000 dominoes which took five MONTHS to plan.

The painstaking domino rally made by the Austrian Domino Art Group takes over four minutes to complete from start to finish, and took four days to set up.

The incredible toppling sequence finishes with the world's tallest domino structure falling down - to rapturous cheers from a huge crowd.

At one point a nervous domino builder even faces a race against the clock as she lines up the small blocks with the domino sequence closing in.

The dedicated team behind the amazing stunt said 100,101 dominoes were used, of which 99.98 per cent toppled.

Their mesmerising stunt, which featured several images and designs made from dominoes, aimed to recreate a flavour of 'Lower Austria' and set a Guinness World Record.
