Aldi is set to bring back its highly sought-after Doggy Ice Cream just in time for the warmer months. After causing quite a stir among pet owners last year, the supermarket giant has confirmed the return of the popular frozen treat from May 13.

Those eager to treat their canine companions will have to hurry to Aldi's frozen aisle, as these Specialbuys won't stick around for long and once they're gone, they're gone.

Priced at an affordable £2.99 for a pack of four (110ml each), dogs can lap up the summer with two scrumptious flavour options: Pea and Vanilla or Carrot and Apple.

The Doggy Ice Cream is entirely plant-based, crafted with genuine fruit and veg, ensuring a pet-friendly indulgence.

The product proved to be a hit during its previous launch, with stores selling 30 tubs per minute. Julie Ashfield, Managing Director of Buying at Aldi UK, expressed her delight at the reception last year, saying, "We were delighted to see another positive response to our dog-friendly ice cream last year. Now it's back, we hope even more beloved pets can enjoy."

Come Monday, May 13, Aldi's Langham's Doggy Ice Cream will hit the shelves nationwide. In addition, on Sunday, May 12, Aldi is gearing up to introduce a new summer home collection, reports Nottinghamshire Live.

This exclusive Specialbuys selection, only available in-store, features items ranging from allergy relief products like hayfever nasal sprays, wipes, and balms, to summer bedding essentials such as lightweight pillows and duvets designed for those hot nights.

The range also boasts other notable products, including reusable plastic water bottles and camping chairs perfect for outdoor adventures.
