Rachel Woolford won a £250,000 investment in her business from Lord Sugar after facing off against 'pie man' Phil Turner in the much-anticipated grand final of hit BBC One show, The Apprentice, this week

So Yorkshire Live decided to take a gander at her establishment, and here's what they discovered:

Boasting two studios, one nestled in Harrogate and the other in Roundhay, Leeds, close to the scenic Roundhay Park, Rachel has quite the setup. Describing her Leeds studio, Rachel said it was: "A boutique wellness space situated in the heart of North Leeds, offering a range of classes and workshops for beginners and pros alike". One intriguing aspect we noticed is that the gym doesn't have set opening hours. It operates on a schedule tailored to pre-booked classes. It was closed when we dropped by on Sunday, but its website offers a timetable where customers can book classes up to a week in advance.

On Wednesday April 17, the eve of the final of The Apprentice, the gym had scheduled 18 classes, with 10 fully booked and 8 still open for bookings. Price-wise, classes come in at £15 per pop, but newcomers can snap up a deal of three starter classes for only £20. Should you wish to buy in bulk, the gym also offers a five-class pass for £65 or ten classes for a reasonable £110, bringing the price down to £11-a-session.

For those ultra-devoted to burning that fat, a mega 25-class pass sits at £200, costing a mere £8-a-class. Membership plans are available too, starting as low as £70 a month for eight lessons and peaking at £130 a month for a whopping twenty sessions. The major catch here is that one must commit to a minimum of three months, costing a grand total of £390 minimum. For the latest TV & Showbiz news, sign up to our newsletter

It's safe to say, you'll need more than just calories to burn if you're considering this opportunity. But the gym does have an added benefit in the form of a 'refuel kitchen', serving up fresh smoothies for £5 each or juices starting at £4.50. They haven't forgotten about their vegan users either, offering shakes from a mere £3, alongside the usual array of hot beverages including tea and coffee going from £2.30 for a simple espresso.

We know what you're thinking sounds like your typical money-hungry gym, right? On the contrary!

As explained on their website: "We're not your typical gym. We won't tie you down with yearly contracts or complex cancellation clauses, because we know we're good enough to keep you coming back for more. Instead, we offer a range of flexible options suited to all budgets and commitment levels."

Appearance-wise, the gym may be modest and straightforward with its unassuming black A-board outside advertising its services. An additional perk? It's just around the corner from Fryday's, one of the top-ranked chippies. However, beware you'll need to be doubly committed in order to resist!
