Just days on viewers were left angry at the judges for not giving him the Golden Buzzer, Britain's Got Talent star Innocent Masuku has landed the show in a new fix row, after his starring role in a London show was uncovered.

Appearing in the ITV audition rounds a day after Amanda Holden's Golden Buzzer pick, Sydnie Christmas came under fire for already having a professional musical career, Innocent blew everyone away with his stunning rendition of opera standard Caruso. The audience inside a packed London Palladium rose to their feet in adulation for the singer, who revealed to the judges that he'd previously been told he 'wouldn't get very far with opera' and was advised to pursue a different career path.

In awe of what she'd just witnessed, Amanda told Innocent he was the best opera singer ever to appear on Britain's Got Talent 'by far,' despite the huge success of both Paul Potts and Susan Boyle, with Bruno Tonioli, Alesha Dixon and Simon Cowell all equally impressed. Given the reaction to Innocent's performance and the glowing feedback he as met with, BGT viewers were both confused and annoyed he didn't get the Golden Buzzer, with X (Twitter) quickly awash with complaints.

However, now Innocent, 33, is causing a stir for another reason, after it was discovered he is already an established star. Having made his professional debut in a production of Porgy and Bess, the tenor has gone on star in multiple productions, most notably in Carmen at the London Coliseum

Hitting out at BGT bosses, one unimpressed viewer ranted: "What are you doing @BGT Innocent Masuku is yet another professional singer!! with the English National Opera!! Stop lying & making these people look idiots!." as another wrote: "It’s a fix. He’s already an accomplished tenor. Google Innocent Makusu"
